The Junior Golf Program at Willow Park Golf & Country Club is one of the most recognized in the province. Led by Willow Park members Frank Crean and Susan MacKinnon, the program provides lessons, mentorship as well as golf and social events uniquely created to engage junior members.

Willow Park Golf & Country Club accepts a limited number of golfers in its Sponsored Junior Program, providing an opportunity for young players to participate in a club program focused on development and competitive play.

The Sponsored Junior Program is designed for juniors who are active golfers, have developed their golf skills, have demonstrated leadership, have a passion for the game and whose parents do not belong to a golf club. It is aimed at students who are ages 12 to 15. Applications are accepted beginning in November and selection interviews occur in January for the upcoming golf season. Sponsored Juniors pay Willow Park Junior membership dues.
