Short Game Facility
Consisting of four greens – two for putting, one for chipping and pitching and one for sand play – Willow Park Golf & Country Club showcases one of the finest short game facilities in western Canada.
Located directly behind the Pro Shop, three greens provide the perfect area to “hone your craft”. The first green – for putting – has contour and is ideal for working on putts containing break. The middle green – for chipping and pitching – is designed for practicing “bump and run”, chipping from uneven lies and different terrain conditions. With two green-side bunkers, the green located furthest behind the Pro Shop, is for sand play and for practicing uphill and downhill shots.
In addition to the Short Game area behind the Pro Shop, the flat surface of the putting green located behind the clubhouse is perfect for working on stroke.
As an alternate to the Driving range, 10 warming cages are located in the short game area.
Golf balls are provided, but you may use your own. Shag bags can be obtained from the Back Shop or Pro Shop. out of courtesy and safety, please obey area signage.
Driving Range
The Driving range at Willow Park Golf & Country Club accommodates 15 to 20 golfers. The range is open from sun-up to one hour before sun-down everyday with the exception of Tuesday mornings when it is closed for maintenance. Complimentary shuttle service is provided from the Pro Shop, or members and guests may sign out their own Power Cart from the Pro Shop.
